This is embarrassing,  but here are some "before" images. I hate to show these, but I'm here to lose weight so I need to be honest. The outfit I'm wearing is gym clothes that I wore 3 1/2 years ago, and back then they were a little loose. Now I can barely squeeze into them. Now that these are up, I can't wait to post my progress and then my "after" pics!
